Introduction

I love working with teenage girls and women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and all things motherhood. At times, life can feel incredibly tough and overwhelming, and it feels like it will be like this forever. However with fresh insight and support you can feel better and move towards the life you desire. As a seasoned wife and mother I am able to offer the insight of lived experience in addition to my counseling skills. My husband and I have been in full time Christian ministry for 25 years and have walked through tremendous challenges with people. This has trained me to serve people with kindness and compassion. My desire is to get to know you personally, listen to your story, empathize with your areas of distress, and work with you to envision a better way forward. In this journey I will support, challenge, and encourage you as your progress.
