Making the decision to seek therapy is a courageous one and is the first step on the path to change. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I recognize that you are the expert on your life and welcome the opportunity to work together to explore your needs and opportunities for growth and healing. I earned my master’s degree from the University of Maine; have over twenty-five years of experience working with individuals supporting children, pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings. I am experienced with a variety of issues, such as adoption, life transitions, women’s issues, anxiety, ADHD, school issues, stress, depression, relationships, self-esteem, loss, and grief. I offer an eclectic approach, one that is strength-based and solution-focused, employing cognitive-behavioral, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and behavioral therapy. A little about me--I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, any and all sporting events, travel, and finding new places to explore.
