Feeling down and stuck makes everyday living a challenge. As an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) practitioner, I help my clients get unstuck. In other words, through this therapy, your own brain will put things in perspective through a guided therapy where you’re in control—of your feelings and thoughts as you journey to recovery.
