Tracy Collier, LSW (she/her) is a licensed social worker and educator with over twenty-five years of experience guiding others on their journey to growth, healing, and wellness. She has an extensive background caring for children and youth impacted by trauma, as well as assisting educators with stress management and burnout. Most recently, her work has focused on supporting adults of all ages as they navigate personal and career transitions, issues of identity and empowerment, women’s issues, family dynamics, and aging. In addition to Ohio, Tracy has lived in California, New York and Colorado, affording her the opportunity to serve a variety of people with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Understanding that therapy can feel intimidating, Tracy strives to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients where they can show up as their full, authentic selves and know they will be welcomed without judgment. Her therapeutic style is diverse and person-centered, allowing for flexibility and collaboration to meet the unique needs of each individual.
