Tracy Bramwell is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. She attained her Bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Austin in Psychology and her Master in Professional Counseling from Texas State University. Tracy has eight years experience working with adolescents, families, couples, and children in schools, private practice, non-profit agencies, and substance recovery facilities. Ms. Bramwell has counseled adolescents with a variety of issues ranging in severity. Her experience includes counseling confined youths in the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program in Williamson County, working with at risk youths and their families at Starry in Round Rock, and counseling adolescents at McNeil high school with basic developmental and stress issues. She has conducted groups for kids, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as coping with trauma, substance abuse issues, grief, improving communication and relational skills, and coping with stress. Ms. Bramwell worked with couples, adults, and adolescents at Capital Area Mental Health Center in Austin with a variety of issues such as substance abuse, physical abuse, maladaptive relational patterns, anxiety and depression, sexual abuse, and developmental life issues. Capital Area Mental Health Center is a low cost long-term psychotherapy agency.
