Introduction

Are you a Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (POC) over the age of thirty, and life feels like an ongoing struggle, know that you are not alone. Perhaps you're finding it hard to feel a sense of fulfillment, experiencing relational challenges, or have difficulty developing meaningful connections with others. These experiences can leave you feeling helpless and isolated, but you don't have to suffer in silence. Asking for help can be daunting, but relief is available, and you don't have to face these challenges alone. Clients who have worked with me were able to regain control over their lives, work through tough emotions, and improve communication, all while enjoying more positive relationships. These positive changes were brought about by utilizing highly effective techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy treatments. I am deeply committed to the work I do in aiding BIPOC adults in processing and overcoming the effects of childhood trauma, generational trauma, racial trauma, and other traumatic experiences and events. My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve healthy and fulfilling relationships.
Do you feel like you're at a standstill, but you want to break free? Look no further! Contact me today or use the link below to schedule a free consultation. I'm eager to hear your story and determine whether we can work together to help you find relief from past struggles. You deserve to live a happier, more fulfilling life – let's take the first step together.
