Grab a cup of coffee and let's chat! I am a seasoned therapist with a desire to be a support for client's that are ready to change their lives. Are you ready to feel different, think different, and act different? If the old ways aren't working, then it's time to make sustainable changes to get different results. I am trained in specialties to help client's get moving in the right direction! Let's look at different ways I can help you create a new, improved sense of selves for both individuals and couples not feeling like are reaching their highest potential start moving towards progress! I am licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. I have been in the field for 30 years and have worked with an array of populations. I have experience, and specialized training in the areas of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, blended families and couples. I have extensive professional and personal experience working with adolescents, first responders, and their families. I am a Certified Domestic Relations Mediator. I am also trained to be a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, am a Certified School Counselor, Gottman Level 1 Couples Method Trained, and ART Trained.
