Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! Life can feel overwhelming, whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges in your relationships, career, or personal growth. If you’ve been feeling stuck, isolated, or weighed down by negative self-talk, I’m here to help you find a path forward. With 30 years of experience in evidence-based therapies, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals in diverse settings, including the military, oncology, domestic violence, child welfare, inpatient psychiatric care, and private practice. I bring a trauma-focused approach, utilizing techniques such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can begin to regain peace and joy, process losses, maximize healing, and transform life’s challenges into opportunities for growth. Together, we’ll develop personalized strategies to help you grow in self-acceptance, build resilience, and live a life that feels fulfilling.
