Psychotherapist Traci Lee Kaiser
Available this week
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Family Conflict, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

I am licensed in Alaska, Texas and North Carolina and provide care via video/telehealth to clients residing in those locations. (No travel required!) I am a retired Army Therapist with both Joint and Special Operations experience. My patients can expect empathy and caring, but also frank, honest discussions that promote change. I have a good history with clients seeking out initial care as well as those who have been unsuccessful with other therapists. I do not accept insurance, as I believe care should be authentic and person-centered without coding or billing guidelines dictating care. I specialize in Trauma-focused work, mood disorders, family (parenting and marital) issues, stressful life changes, and all things Anxiety. I work hard to create a confidential, open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment or stigma. I am extremely knowledgeable about Military/Veteran issues and trauma. I truly believe that the people who suffer the most suffer in silence, yet they are the least likely to ask for help. Everyone deserves the chance to work on themselves without fear of judgement or retaliation. I work hard to normalize people's thoughts, feelings, and reactions to stress while also encouraging growth. Change is hard, but it is worth it.
