Introduction
My therapy career started somewhat unconventional. As a new therapist I started working in a correctional center helping inmates who have struggled with substance abuse difficulties. Later, I worked at a local community mental health center. As I started my Private Practice I decided to specialize in mental health, substance abuse and helping clients who have suffered a head injury learn to live healthier lives As a private practice therapist I have adopted a holistic approach toward treating clients. While my experience and training help me focus on a clients emotional wellbeing. I believe the mind, body, spirit and a clients environment all need to be considered to enhance a client's overall wellness.
