Introduction

It is my goal to help you accept your pain and lead you to become more intimate with yourself and others. My practice aims to help my clients find authenticity and learn healthy coping behaviors to balance life's joy and suffering. I am collaborative, empathic and driven. I believe in utilizing client strengths and internal wisdom to help you create the life you want to live. I work with individuals and couples ages 18 and up, specializing in trauma, claiming your identity and related self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My approach is eclectic and I incorporate multiple therapy models depending upon client need. I approach therapy through an anti-oppression lens and utilize the following models: Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Compassion Focused Therapy, etc.
