The lotus flower is a powerful flower that has learned grows out of the mud. I learned about this beautiful flower from a client when I was a social work intern. It has stuck with me ever since. I believe that many of us, myself included go through different circumstance that feels like mud in our lives. It is a daunting process to go through the mud to create healing and one that you don't have to go through alone. I believe the mind and body are intricately intertwined and thus healing requires a holistic approach. I use an array of modalities in therapy to help you achieve your goals that's based on your needs and preferences. I also believe that laughter, play, movement, and creativity are essential for healing.
