Introduction

Hi, I'm Tori. I am passionate about mental health and love working with teens, adults and beyond. I truly believe that you are the expert of your own story, and my goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges with self-compassion. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, validated, and most importantly, empowered. I earned my Master of Social Work from Weber State University, where I discovered my passion for helping people work through anxiety, eating disorders and OCD. I also have experience in treating ADHD, depression, PTSD and life transitions. My background in social work has deepened my awareness of how larger systems impact individuals, which fuels my commitment to providing an inclusive, gender- and sexuality-affirming, and culturally responsive space for my clients. I take a collaborative approach, tailoring our work to fit your unique needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), along with mindfulness and self-compassion techniques. Outside of work, I love cooking, making art, dancing, discovering new music, and spending time with my family. Lately, I’ve been embracing a personal mantra: small, sustainable changes lead to lasting growth. This mindset not only guides my personal life but also shapes the way I support my clients. I’d love to connect and be a part of your journey!
