Introduction

***Please be aware that I am on parental leave from my practice through May 2024 and unable to accept new clients at this time.*** My name is Tori (she/her) and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy services in Massachusetts. I specialize in collaborating with women (trans and non-binary inclusive) in their 20s and 30s to help them embrace their whole selves, set boundaries with others, grow in self-compassion and gain freedom from anxiety and trauma. In addition to my expertise as a therapist, I previously worked for 7 years as a college chaplain, which helps me understand and be mindful of the ways that spirituality and faith communities can be incredibly healing, but also at times incredibly harmful. I have a particular focus on helping queer, gay and questioning women navigate the process of integrating all the parts of who they are. We may be a good fit if: - You're looking for practical tools to help you manage overwhelming anxiety or panic - You're interested in learning more about why your body reacts the way it does to stressful or triggering situations and how to harness that information to aid your own healing - You're queer or questioning and you want a space where you can discuss topics like identity formation/integration, queer impostor syndrome, coming out, navigating unsupportive family or friends, second adolescence, or healing from hurt, trauma or discrimination - You're a person of faith who has been hurt by the church, religious leaders or religious systems - You wish you could be a little less hard on yourself and feel more at ease and confident in who you are If any of these topics resonate with you, feel free to reach out and schedule a free consultation with me by clicking the "contact" button at the top of this page. I'm excited to hear from you!
