Introduction

Heart 2 Soul Counseling (H2S) is owned and operated by Tori Mackley, MS NCC LPC. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling with over 9 years’ experience in the mental health field. Tori specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She enjoys working with children as young as 6 years old, college students, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Dr. Vanay Frederick-Ellis, PhD joined Heart 2 Soul in May 2023. She has a passion for working with all people, but most of her experience is working with children. She earned her master’s degree and PhD from Walden University. She has completed research on trauma and juvenile delinquency. Vanay has over 9 years’ professional experience working with children and adolescents living with anxiety, depression, DMDD, ADHD, gender dysphoria, gender identity, and other identity issues. Additionally, she has experience in trauma, crisis intervention, family systems, and client-centered approach. Vanay has openings for new self-pay clients (she is not able to accept insurance at this time). Heart 2 Soul is looking for caring and compassionate therapists to join our team.
