Heart 2 Soul Counseling (H2S) is owned and operated by Tori Mackley, MS NCC LPC. She is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling with over 10 years’ experience in the mental health field. Tori specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She enjoys working with children as young as 9 years old, college students, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Tori is in the office Mondays and Fridays 10:00am to 1:00pm and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 10:00am to 5:00pm. Dr. Vanay Frederick-Ellis, PhD joined Heart 2 Soul in May 2023. She has a passion for working with all people, but most of her experience is working with children. She earned her master’s degree and PhD from Walden University. She has completed research on trauma and juvenile delinquency. Vanay has over 10 years’ professional experience working with children and adolescents living with anxiety, depression, DMDD, ADHD, gender dysphoria, gender identity, and other identity issues. Additionally, she has experience in trauma, crisis intervention, family systems, and client-centered approach. Vanay has openings for new self-pay, Cigna, and Aetna clients. Vanay is currently scheduling clients by appointment with Saturday availability. Madison "Maddie" Fields, LSW joined the Heart 2 Soul team in January 2025 after relocating to Pennsylvania from Arkansas. She is a recent Master's of Social Work graduate of University of Kentucky and is currently working toward her clinical social work license. Maddie is passionate about working with teens (14+) and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, gender identity, and grief/loss. She currently has openings in her schedule for self-pay, Cigna, and Aetna clients. Maddie is in the office Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
