Groups include gentle yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, combined with topics from MBCT, DBT, ACT, IFS, & Polyvagal Theory. For anyone wanting to create space and practice to reduce the score that the body has kept. Therapists Unite - Yoga Reflect & Connect Group Fridays 12:30pm-2pm 45-minutes of gentle guided yoga,15-minutes of meditation, and 30-minutes to reflect and connect with other therapists.
