Introduction

I started my career as a nurse and wanted to add counseling skills to enhance my ability to provide holistic care to each individual. It's my mission to empower clients to take control of their own lives, decrease anxiety, decrease sadness, increase self-confidence, and reach their potential. My methods are based in science and my approach is empathetic and non-judgmental.
