Introduction

I graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and from CSUS, Sacramento with a Master's degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. There is a direct interaction between your thoughts, your feelings, and your actions. Together, we can explore this interaction and deal with your reality. If there has been trauma in your life, I am certified to do EMDR to handle that trauma. I am licensed in the State of Oregon and been in private practice as a licensed therapist for more than 20 years, providing therapy to people dealing with anxiety, depression, life stresses, trauma, PTSD, and many other issues.
