Introduction

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate committed to helping individuals and families learn how to build healthier relationships and overcome obstacles that keep them trapped in disappointing and destructive habits. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and detrimental interpersonal dynamics which lead to unsatisfying relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative, whole person approach in supporting my clients through the changes needed to reach their goals.
