Life is hard, to be human is to have experienced suffering, and the fact that you are here and taking steps towards receiving support in your healing is a testament to your resilience, and your courage. Change can be terrifying. We don’t need to do it alone. It is hard work, but it’s arguably the most meaningful work we can do. It would be an honor to walk with you on your journey. I am passionate about the human potential for change, growth, and healing through connection and dignity. My theoretical orientation is humanistic and person-centered. I aim to create a rock-solid safe space, that is non-judgmental and supportive, and to create a collaborative plan where you choose your goals for our time together. I’m looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
