Hello, I'm Tomica Chitterson, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the owner of A Healing Journey Counseling Service, LLC. If you are here, you are ready to begin your healing journey, and I thank you for considering me to help you navigate this process. My passion is helping people achieve personal growth, emotional well-being, and optimal living. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, and heal both emotionally and spiritually I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked with a diverse clientele. My experience includes, but is not limited to, working with survivors of interpersonal violence, trauma and trauma related disorders, issues impacting women and adolescents, children/ families with severe and persistent mental health diagnosis, college aged students, and career and life transitions. As a counselor, I believe in treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I understanding that both internal and external factors impact people and it's important to get to the root of the problem. Ultimately through this process, I want to see you healed, whole, and walking in purpose on purpose.
