ASW, SUDCC Wholehearted Counseling ("WC")
Available this week
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Addiction,

Introduction

I’ve been working with people through trauma, addiction, and emotional pain since 1989. My path into therapy began with a deep interest in how we carry unresolved experiences in the body, and how healing happens when we bring presence, curiosity, and compassion to what hurts. I bring over three decades of experience, but more importantly, I bring deep attunement, warmth, and a belief in your capacity to heal. If you’ve felt unseen or stuck, you’re not alone—and you’re not too late.
