At Restful Gardens Counseling, I combine my background in leadership development with my current PhD training in Marriage and Family Therapy to offer a compassionate, personalized approach to counseling. I use evidence-based methods but focus on deeply understanding each leader's unique challenges, helping them build resilience and restore balance. I provide one-on-one counseling for individuals and couples to help leaders reduce stress, avoid burnout, and enhance their well-being, both at work and in their relationships.
