Hello! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor who specializes in working with women of color, students, professionals, working through self-esteem/image issues, family of origin challenges, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, codependency, setting appropriate boundaries, & more. I am in the process of becoming a yoga certified teacher, I will have completed EMDR training mid-April, & I am already trained in perinatal mental health by Postpartum Support International.
