Introduction

I provide a safe, objective environment where you can explore and address barriers to living your best life. In our first session we will complete an initial assessment which will help us decide what we should focus on in future sessions. I believe that to truly be healthy we must address the mind, body and spirit. All sessions are filled with honest discussions and feedback. Full disclosure: I don’t do fluff. Working with me will be work for both you and I, but I promise that we will have laughs and maybe tea and crumpets along the way! There will be homework and maybe some tears. We will set clear goals and map out a plan to achieve them. We will definitely celebrate your success!
