My style of practice incorporates a relational, trauma-informed lens to support clients in developing the skills needed to navigate life transitions, identifying and managing triggers and unwanted behaviors, strengthening self-awareness, establishing and implementing healthy boundaries within relationships, and building and maintaining relationships and social support. I will provide a collaborative and supportive therapeutic space in which treatment is led by you and deep and meaningful healing is prioritized.
