Hi there! My Name is Tiona Washington, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor, as well as Owner/Independent Practitioner of Perfectly Imperfect Counseling and Creative Concepts, PLLC. I have provided therapeutic and clinical counseling services for over 20 years. My clinical background, experience and expertise is inclusive of 19 years of post graduate practice and experience, having had the opportunity to work in various genres of the field. I am best described as warm, energetic, creative and eclectic. My unique approach , incorporates cognitive-behavioral, realistic, humanistic, psychodynamic, brief solution focused and client centered counseling modalities, among many others utilized to meet your unique needs. I also provide EAP and Work related modalities as well. I am a firm believer of meeting you where you are. It is my dedicated goal to provide transparent, ethical clinical service/ support, encouragement and guidance, to those whom I serve.
