Introduction

My passion is to help survivors of trauma, challenging life experiences and grief events become unstuck and break the cycle of emotional pain. Often these difficult situations from the past have led to an inability to move forward in life due to relationship issues, depression, anxiety and PTSD. Spiritual trauma and abuse can lead to questioning your own faith, purpose in life and your reality. If you're feeling lost, hurt and emotionally overwhelmed and if you're looking to heal from the past so you can move forward into a brighter future, I'd love to come along side of you on your journey. My approach is warm, empathetic and strengths-based. Most sessions are a combination of exploration and skill-building. I am EMDR and Religious Trauma Certified. I utilize EMDR as well as CBT and Mindfulness. I strongly believe that you are the expert on your own life. I will meet you where you are at and together we will formulate a plan that fits you and your unique needs. I fully embrace the belief that the positive alliance between client and clinician makes an immense difference. This is why choosing your clinician is so important. I work best with those who are motivated for the healing process to begin. It takes courage. I hope you will choose to partner with me. There is no better time to invest in yourself than now.
