Anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, job dissatisfaction & relationship issues are common struggles of a quarterlifer as you navigate transitions in your 20s & 30s. Together we can separate those problems from who you are as a person, learn about the role they play in your life, develop ways to cope, & move forward towards your ideal life. The experiences listed above can be worsened when you have trouble with motivation regulation, planning & problem solving, organization, & other executive functions related to ADHD.
