Introduction

Expert Support for Neurodiverse Teens and Adults As a clinical psychologist specializing in neurodiversity, I work closely with teens, young (or young at heart) adults, and their families to better understand and navigate the unique challenges of conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and co-occurring concerns like anxiety, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. I provide thorough psychological evaluations and individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based care. My approach is grounded in behavioral principles and enriched with tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Every client is different—and I tailor my work to honor each individual’s strengths, needs, and goals. Parents often come to me feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or searching for answers. My goal is to offer clarity, compassion, and a path forward. Whether you're seeking a diagnosis, tools to support emotional and behavioral growth, or a trusted partner in your child’s journey, I’m here to help. **Let’s work together to support your or your child’s growth, confidence, and mental well-being.** 👉 Click on Request Appt to schedule a consultation or just reach out with questions. I’d be honored to support you and your family.
