Introduction

Tina believes in a strength-based approach and provides psycho-education so that you can become an expert in your own story. Tina's goal is to remove the stigma and shame to receiving treatment and provides a safe and non-judgmental space to healing. Tina specializes in working with men, women and children who may be struggling with past or current trauma, depression, anxiety, school avoidance, ADHD, PTSD, grief and loss as well as other mental health diagnoses and substance and alcohol use.
