Introduction

I have been working in the mental health field since 2008 and as a therapist since 2022. I am EMDRIA trained in EMDR therapy. I am also PESI trained to treat complex trauma. Unresolved traumas of all types can have a significant impact on our current mental health. My hope is to work with you to help you heal from and find strength through the resolution of past trauma. Whether you have experienced one significant life altering trauma, many smaller traumas that have added up over time, or something in between. I hope to help you find freedom from these experiences. I aim to create a nonjudgmental and private environment where you can be your uncensored self. I use EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy where applicable to help individuals process and gain freedom from past traumas. I also work with individuals to implement coping skills and strategies to help them move towards their best self. I encourage you to view this video for more information related to trauma and EMDR treatment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pkfln-ZtWeY I encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have or to schedule an appointment. Today can be the start of a great next chapter in your life.
