I received my B.A. in Psychology from Roanoke College and my M.A. in Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. I've pursued advanced training in working with sexual issues and am certified as a Sexual Recovery Therapist (SRT) through the American Association of Sex Addiction Therapy. I also have advanced training in an approach called Lifespan Integration that is helpful for treating trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. Change happens in relationship, so I work with the counseling relationship as it unfolds in the moment. I strive to listen well and to foster an environment where we can be honest with one another, and I want to empower you to try new ways of interacting that will help you unravel your current beliefs and expectations that are holding you back.
