It is my duty as a licensed psychotherapist to walk you down this path to mental, physical, and spiritual clarity, enlightenment, and self-discovery. I have helped individuals and couples who have struggled to find purpose, meaning, laughter, and peace. I have helped them navigate the complexities of relationships, addiction, and spiritual growth. My name is Tim Stephens, and I am a CA Licensed Therapist with 15 years of experience helping people live their full best lives. I am a flexible therapist that is unafraid to change my therapeutic approach depending on your individual problem and what I think would work best.
