Whether you or your child is enduring a difficult transition, has debilitating anxiety, or behaviors that are seemingly impossible to manage, together we can create a treatment plan that best suits your needs and comfort. Tiffany works with adults and children (as young as 3) who struggle with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, transitions/adjustments, behavioral, and relational concerns. Tiffany uses trauma-focused CBT, IFS, and play therapy to provide holistic treatment. Tiffany is Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S) and a Certified Theraplay Practitioner. Tiffany owns a private group practice and is open by appointment only, making scheduling fairly flexible! If Tiffany's availability does not meet your needs, she has several other therapists on staff she can connect you with!
