TW specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Family Conflicts, Coping with Grief and Loss, LGBTQIA+ Issues, Self-Esteem and Confidence, Coping with Life Changes, Compassion Fatigue, Career Difficulties, Relationship Issues, and Self Esteem and Confidence. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Georgia. She received her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Doctorate in Social Work from Capella University. Thanks to the time she spent serving in the United States Navy, TW has met people from all walks of life and various cultures. TW has experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, Solution-focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She often works with individuals with depression, PTSD, anxiety, self-esteem, family/relationship conflict, weight loss, and individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. TW believes in providing a safe space to speak freely and recognize the true potential to improve one's quality of life.
