I enjoy working with clients who want to work toward goals related to change and self-improvement. I work with clients who want to learn about or manage mental health symptoms, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, etc. I also enjoy supporting clients who are adjusting to life changes, adjustments, and transitions. I enjoy working with clients who are learning who they are and encouraging self-compassion in that journey. I like working with clients individually to achieve these goals as well as working with caregivers who are learning to help and support their children experiencing these stressors. I work primarily with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I aim to use a person-centered approach to building a therapeutic relationship and to create a safe space. I use a collaborative approach to creating and revising treatment plans to emphasize what is important to you. I employ evidence-based practices to help you achieve your goals. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology. I saw clients at a variety of placements during this training, including a year long internship in Oklahoma. After graduating, I practiced full-time at a small group clinic, Arkansas Families First, for six years before starting my own private practice in 2025.
