Hello! I'm Tiffany Wadkins, an associate clinical therapist. I obtained both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Massachusetts Global. I am a passionate advocate who is compassionate and committed to empowering individuals and families facing life’s challenges. I my therapeutic approach is integrative, tailoring to the unique needs and preferences of each individual. By fostering a warm, non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere, I strive to empower clients to discover their inner resilience and develop effective coping strategies. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), as well as other practices all while creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their strengths and work towards their goals.
