I am Dr. Tiffany Tiberi, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois. I provide both telehealth and in-person individual therapy to adults of all ages and backgrounds. My therapeutic style is relational, down to earth, and flexible depending on the needs of my clients. I have experience working with clients seeking longer term therapy to address more longstanding concerns, however, I also work with folks in need of shorter term and solution focused help. I am a calm and attentive therapist who works to build a relationship where you feel safe and supported. My ultimate wish for my clients is to leave therapy having a greater sense of self-compassion and self worth and to have the freedom to purse a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Curiosity and cultural humility are guiding forces in my work. I work with people from diverse backgrounds and have a deep appreciation for how the many aspects of one's identities and personal experiences shapes one's sense of self, approach to relationships, and worldview. I have specific training and experience working with the LGBTQ+ community as well as elite athletes, leaders, and high performers. Please see below for a list of my areas of clinical expertise. I have a strong appreciation for anyone willing to take the step to reach out for help and begin the journey of self exploration. The fit between client and therapist is important. If you would like to schedule a 15 min phone consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together, please get in touch.
