Hi! My name is Tiffany. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and trained Supervisor who also holds a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I began my journey by earning a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Jacksonville State University, and I furthered my education by obtaining a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Alabama. I am passionate about empowering people to recognize their individual strengths and abilities. I have 6 years of experience in the field of social work to include DHR family service work, medical social work, substance abuse, as well as inpatient and outpatient psychotherapy. Over the years, I have worked with a variety of individuals, groups, and families to help them understand, process, and grow in various aspects of their lives. My goal is to provide a supportive, therapeutic, not-judgmental environment for each individual to meet their goals and improve their quality of life. A BREAKTHROUGH is defined as something that changes the course of your life going forward and ensures that things will never be the same for you again.
