I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Seven Challenges, and CARE. In the last 16 years of being in practice, I have provided individual, group, and couples therapy.
