I'm a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) working with people who experience depression, anxiety, and PTSD including people who identify as Autistic, have ADHD, language-based disabilities, and multiple diagnoses. I offer art therapy, art classes, and workshops, as well as pIR HEG Neurofeedback to people of all abilities to promote socialization, communication, and emotion regulation. Before opening my private practice in central New York I provided Art Therapy in private and public New York City schools. I have an MA (Art Therapy) from New York University, 2019, and a BA (Painting) from Rhode Island School of Design, 2003. I am currently working with Leigha Rogers, MA candidate in art therapy and counseling at Albertus Magnus college who provides individualized art lessons to people of all ages and abilities.
