Welcome, I am so happy you're here. It is both a privilege and an honor to join my clients on their journeys and play a part in their healing and growth. While I believe every person is the expert of their own life, I also believe therapy can be a powerful opportunity for partnership, and a place to feel seen, heard, and understood. My focus as a therapist is to provide a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may feel overwhelming or challenging. My goal is to be empathetic, compassionate, and supportive. I meet people where they are, and walk alongside them until we get to where they want to be.
