Introduction
Life can present us with many unique circumstances that can leave us feeling uncertain, confused and stressed. There are also many successes, joys, and opportunities. Sometimes we just don't know where to start. You can expect me to provide a therapeutic environment that is centered around each individual. I will always use a nonjudgmental, caring, trusting and open therapeutic approach in our working relationship. Over the past six years I have worked alongside individuals in their journey to overcome many of life's challenges. I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I have experience working with all ages and stages. I have been successful in helping people in their journey with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use concerns. I also have experience working with others to resolve issues related to, but not limiting concerns related to, independence, values, self esteem, and life transitions. It can be difficult to talk about things, ask for help, and be open with others at times. Across the world people experience a time or two when they need help. I look forward to working alongside you at this point in your journey and achieving those goals you have been seeking to accomplish.
