I collaborate with clients to identify their goals for therapy, and then we collaborate to uncover the underlying patterns, narratives and thoughts that affect their feelings and behaviors. My specialties include managing and reducing anxiety and depression; navigating life transitions; increasing self-esteem; parenting; LGBTQ concerns (questioning or exploring identity, coming out, and same-sex relationships); and healing from trauma.
