Introduction

I became a therapist because I believe that every person is worthy of a life lived fully as themselves. For most of us, at some point, life experiences get in the way of feeling our best, but healing is possible when we have a safe place to process those experiences. I strive to be that safe place for every person who enters my office. Though I work with all ages 12 and up, I specialize in working with teens, EMDR, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Whether you are in the middle of your journey towards healing or just starting it, I'd be honored to journey alongside you.
