I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in Integrative Mental Health (CIMHP) and intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have worked in the human services field for over two decades with a more recent focus on holistic health specializing in oncology. Hearing the words, "you have cancer" can feel incredibly overwhelming and can set into motion many questions, fears and pressures to make big decisions. Often this feels like a confusing and powerless time. I am here to walk with you through this season of life, help you navigate these challenges and empower you to have a voice in your care.
