Welcome! My name is Tiffany De La Riva and I am a bilingual Spanish Speaking Psychotherapist born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at UC Riverside, and my Master of Social Work at California State University, Fullerton. I am passionate about working with the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities by providing a safe and culturally-inclusive space for reflection and processing of grief, change, and loss. Reaching out for help when experiencing life's lows can be very difficult as we may not want others to know of our challenges, worries, and fears. As scary as it may be, it is so necessary to ask for support because everyone deserves to feel heard and understood. I praise you for starting your healing journey and hope to lend you a helping hand towards inner-healing and personal growth.
