Do you feel alone navigating challenging times? You are not alone. Let’s take some time to take care of you. As your counselor, I am here to support you in finding meaning, creating comfort, and uncovering resources to help you be your best self. The stress of everyday things; work, family, finances, health, loss, etc. can be overwhelming if you try to navigate them alone. Counseling allows you to process your feelings in a safe and supported environment. This often leads to better relationships, solutions to specific problems, and relief from feelings of distress. As a queer-identifying therapist, serving the LGBTQIA+ community for over 20 years, I believe in taking a strength-based approach. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate and work at your pace to reach the goals we set together. My goal is to help you be a happier, healthier you! Online counseling offers great flexibility, allowing you to be in a comfortable environment without traveling to an office. I also offer evening appointments to make sessions accessible. I provide online sessions to adults in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida.
