Introduction

With a warm and empathetic approach, I offer a safe space where we can explore and address your desires, needs, thoughts, and emotions – including how they might show up in your body. If you’re open to it, we may even include some expressive arts activities that can help you access not just what is on your mind but in your heart. (Don’t worry, no artistic skills needed for this!) I am devoted to helping individuals, couples, and those with other romantic/relational partnerships cultivate healthier and more fulfilling intimate connections. As I am currently pursuing certification in sex therapy, I’m able to approach the concerns and hopes you may have for your intimacy and sex life in a well-informed, nonjudgmental way. I welcome clients of all relational and cultural contexts, including those who are members of neurodivergent, LGBTQIAP+, kink, poly, and ethically non-monogamous communities.
